  1. Maceration. Add the malts and barley to 12 litres of water at 67°C and mash for one hour to obtain the wort
  2. Boiling: The must and hops are added to 27 litres of water. Boil for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
  3. Fermentation. The beer is fermented in a fermenter according to the optimum temperature for the yeast used. It should be a high fermentation yeast for strong ales.
  4. Conditioning. The necessary storage time is about 4 weeks at a temperature of 12 ºC.
